Yes, it is true - the pictures above prove that I am finally legal to drive in the UK and EU plus I get a 50% discount on my car insurance now. Whoo-hoo!
I won't bore you with the details but let's just say it is a miracle that I passed. I was so nervous I thought I was going to throw up on the poor instructor (remember my blogs from before the holiday - the lurgy stories). She only marked one wrong, but I think she was being generous. Mainly, she is retiring in a month & we spent most of the time talking about traveling :-) You all know how I love to talk; I think it worked for me this time. Now let's just pray that Kevin has success as well - his is in 10 days & his first lesson is Saturday.
